Each colony can now hold its hive setup (Ist-Zustand) as validated
JSON with an append-only change log:
- catalog: hive systems and part types with dimensions, placement
rules and state fields; Liebig-Zander 10 seeded with fixed ids
(owner's equipment incl. Bausperre, Futterzarge, Nassenheider)
- pure domain module (operations, validator, derived facts) with
shared JSON fixtures the frontend runs too
- API: catalog (hive-systems:manage), setup create/change/history/
state at a day (colonies:read/update), 409 HIVE_CONFLICT with the
current state, idempotent writes, HiveChanged event
- inspections can carry hive ops saved in the same transaction

- Authority notices: list with year filter, create with draft dedupe link,
detail steps with PDF download and mark-sent, settings with MM-TT check,
digit-rule editor and "Annahme – bitte prüfen" notes; COMPLIANCE label
in notifications and Telegram categories.

proof print, food business master data, product legal name.
- Service worker: cacheability is path-based (the backend sends no-store

check/print paths and restricted document kinds are never cached.

Brings the ERP inventory export up to date with the platform backbone and

Backend
- Backup covers every Prisma model (bundle v3); a guard test fails for any
new model that is neither backed up nor explicitly excluded. Unsealed
bundles may only add rows to 27 legacy master/field tables and never
overwrite; counters, ledgers, settings, roles etc. need a sealed file.
Shared import limit BACKUP_MAX_IMPORT_BYTES (default 50 MB, max 256 MB)
with warnings in log and UI; replaced document files are removed after
commit.
- Post-commit side effects (automation, calendar sync, webhooks) run via
runAfterCommit and never turn a committed write into a 500, so retries
with the same Idempotency-Key no longer create duplicates.
- Calendar outbox is multi-replica safe: per-entry claims with stale
takeover, revision-based settle, new Graph event only on 404/410,
transactionId on create, 30 s Graph timeout, URL-encoded ids, GUID
validation for groupId, "run now" in background and resets FAILED.
- Automation tasks are deduplicated under a row lock on the rule.
- Update DTOs follow one null rule: omitted = unchanged, null clears a
nullable field, null on a required field is a 400.
- Varroa mites/day is recomputed on correction; withdrawal status is
checked against the harvest date (?at=), bounded colonyIds; inspection
create is audited; updates re-enqueue calendar entries.
- Dashboard, statistics and apiary/colony guards treat WEAK, CONSPICUOUS
and QUEENLESS colonies as living.
- Prisma errors and body-parser errors are logged without query values or
request bodies.
- Migration 20261012100000_calendar_sync_claims; schema index name aligned
with the existing database object.
Frontend
- Sticky save bar sticks again (no scroll container ancestors, card uses
overflow-clip), safe-area insets, scroll-padding, FAB hidden on forms,
sticky desktop sidebar.
- Inspections record yes / no / not checked instead of silent defaults.
- All living colonies are selectable; shared RecordSelect, EnumSelect,
ChoiceGroup and TriStateField replace per-page copies; selects show
names instead of ids; labels point at real controls.
- Emptied optional fields are sent as null (emptyToNull) so every field
can be cleared; dates default to the local day and are sent via
toApiDate.
- Harvest withdrawal warning uses the harvest date; backup page warns when
a backup outgrows the import limit and lists skipped tables.
Build and docs
- Docker builds fail unless lint, typecheck and unit tests pass.
- ARCHITECTURE.md updated (assumptions 9-12, 19-21, section 8) and spec
docs/superpowers/specs/2026-10-12-plattform-rueckgrat-und-fahrplan-design.md

beeswax and propolis each count on their own: WA-2026-0001, PR-2026-0001.

- RAW_MATERIAL_LOT_NUMBER_FORMAT / PRODUCTION_BATCH_NUMBER_FORMAT fill in the
lot number when it is left empty, like honey batches and bottlings.
- RAW_MATERIAL_LOW: task when the total of a raw material kind drops below
config.minGrams after consumption, withdrawal or inventory count.

Follow-up to a7609ff for the whole frontend: all 30 API helpers in
src/lib now pass path values through encodeURIComponent, so an id taken
from the URL can never leave its own path segment and make the page call
another endpoint with the viewer's token.

Security review finding (client-side path traversal): ids taken from the
URL were interpolated into API paths unencoded, so a crafted link like
/raw-materials/..%2Fusers made the page call another endpoint with the
viewer's token. Ids are now encodeURIComponent-ed; a regression test pins
"../users" to its own path segment.

- Pages for raw material lots (beeswax, propolis): list, create in grams
with optional apiary, detail with stock card (harvested / used in
production / withdrawn / remaining) and "used in" batches.
- Production batch form takes the raw material used (lot + grams) and the
batch page shows what it was made from - traceability both ways.
- Sidebar entry "Rohstoffe".
- Removes backend files that were committed into ApiCore-Frontend/src by
mistake in e52a605 (copies of ApiCore-Backend/src/raw-materials).

- New article page /products/[id]: remaining stock summed over all
production batches (or bottlings for honey), each batch linked to its
own page for withdrawals and counts; "Bestand ansehen" in the list.
- Production batches can be corrected (lot number, date, quantity,
best-before date, note) via PATCH; the article stays fixed.

- Bottling detail shows Abgefüllt / Webshop verkauft / Entnommen / Rest
(negative rest flagged "Prüfen") and the full movement list; buttons
"Entnehmen" (reason, note) and "Inventur korrigieren" (counted
quantity, difference booked).
- Rest column in the bottling list.
- New pages for production batches (list, create, detail with the same
stock card), sidebar entry with its own permission.
- Products get "Art" (honey vs. manufactured goods) and the webshop
category; bottlings only offer honey articles.

- DetailHeader: "Abfüllung anlegen" as the main action, PDF export in
"Mehr", state as icon + word, retry and way back on load errors.
- Traceability says what it shows and offers a retry on errors instead
of "Lädt…" forever.
- Removing a container allocation asks first and says what changes.

Same DetailHeader as colonies/queens: an h1, a 44 px back link, state as
icon + word, the obvious next step as the one primary button (harvest:
"Schleuderung erfassen"); a failed load offers a retry and a way back
instead of a bare red line. Colonies of a harvest are tappable links;
changing equipment condition confirms with a toast.
