fix(ui): Weg vom Admin zur Website, Anfuehrungszeichen nicht mehr ueber den Sternen

- Admin-Leiste (Desktop und Mobilmenue): Link "Zur Website" oberhalb von
  "Angemeldet als". Der Shop-Kopf ist im Admin ausgeblendet, bisher fuehrte
  von dort kein sichtbarer Weg zurueck.
- Startseite, Kundenstimmen: das grosse Schriftzeichen "„" sass auf der
  Grundlinie und ragte mit leading-[0.6] in die Sternebewertung. Ersetzt
  durch ein gezeichnetes SVG mit fester Hoehe und Abstand.
