fix: fehlende Dateien aus vorherigem Commit nachreichen

CSRF-Schutz, DHL-Versandmarken, Entra-ID-SSO, ApiCore-Sync und die
Harvest-isPublished-Migration waren gestaged aber nicht im letzten
Commit enthalten — Gitea-Actions-Build brach mit "Module not found"
fuer genau diese Dateien ab.
