Both could only be created and deleted. For a webhook that is actively harmful:
recreating it issues a new signing secret, so the receiver that verifies the
X-ApiCore-Signature header against the old one starts rejecting every delivery
without anyone changing it on purpose.
Backend:
- New PATCH /webhooks/:id behind a new webhooks:update permission, covering the
target URL, the event selection and the active flag - the last of which had
no way to be set after creation at all, so a misbehaving receiver could only
be deleted. The signing secret is deliberately left alone and stays out of
the audit log.
- A changed webhook URL runs through the same assertPublicWebhookUrl SSRF check
as a new one; without that the edit would have been a way around the guard
create() applies. Covered by a test.
- New PATCH /documents/:id behind a new documents:update permission, for
re-linking a document filed against the wrong record and correcting its
display name. Re-linking validates the new target with the existing
assertEntityExists; the stored file is untouched.
Frontend:
- New webhook edit dialog. The event labels and the toggle helper moved out of
the create dialog into lib/webhooks/labels.ts so both use one copy.
- Documents can be renamed from the attachment card.
Re-linking a document to a different record has no UI yet: it needs a two-step
picker (colony, then inspection) that is not worth building unprompted.

Users, Webhooks, Automation, Import, AuditLog: die klassenweiten
@Roles(Role.ADMIN)-Blankets (die gefaehrlichsten der Migration, da sie
JEDE Route der Klasse abdecken) durch pro-Route @RequirePermission
ersetzt. Effektiver Zugriff unveraendert: ADMIN besitzt weiterhin alle
betroffenen Permission-Keys, jede andere Rolle bleibt ausgeschlossen.
Damit ist kein @Roles(...) mehr in der Codebase in Benutzung - alle
23 Controller laufen jetzt vollstaendig ueber @RequirePermission.
test/authorization-coverage.e2e-spec.ts (bisher it.skip mit TODO fuer
"nach Phase 2") ist jetzt scharf geschaltet und bestaetigt: 0 Routen
ohne Rechte-Pruefung, 0 ungueltige Permission-Keys.
Verifiziert: tsc, lint, build, unit (222/222), volle e2e-Suite
159/159 gruen - keine uebersprungenen Tests mehr.

Replaces the fixed 5-value Role enum with a database-driven Role/Permission
model: admins can create custom roles with a precise per-resource/action
permission set (83-key code-owned catalog), instead of being locked to
ADMIN/BEEKEEPER/STAFF/READONLY/API_CLIENT.
- New Role/Permission/RolePermission tables; legacy Role enum renamed to
LegacyRole and kept as User.legacyRole so all existing @Roles() call
sites keep working unchanged during the migration.
- New RolesController/RolesService (CRUD, permission-set editing,
deactivate/reactivate) with lockout-prevention invariants: system roles
(ADMIN) can't be edited or deactivated, and a role still assigned to
users can't be deactivated.
- New PermissionResolverService (30s-cached, DB-fresh per user) and
PermissionsGuard + @RequirePermission(), registered as an additional
APP_GUARD alongside the legacy RolesGuard so both systems run
side-by-side until controllers are migrated in Phase 2.
- PermissionCatalogSyncService seeds any new catalog entries into the DB
on boot, so future features only touch the TS catalog.
- New GET /auth/me returns the caller's role and effective permissions.
- Migration hand-written (destructive column rename) with grants derived
from a fresh grep of every existing @Roles() call site, verified
against 5 controllers read in full for STAFF's exact write boundary.
- test/roles.e2e-spec.ts covers the new endpoints and invariants end to
end; test/authorization-coverage.e2e-spec.ts added but skipped until
Phase 2 gives every controller a @RequirePermission.
