test: Sprachnotiz-Liste wartet auf die Geräteliste (Rennen im CI)

Der Test las die Listeneinträge, sobald die Serverliste da war; die
Geräteliste aus IndexedDB kam im CI später. Er wartet jetzt auf
„Wartet auf Netz“, bevor er die Reihenfolge prüft.
