feat(backend): Honigchargen-Modul (Modul 11)

HoneyBatchesModule inkl. Honigmessungen und
Rückverfolgbarkeits-Endpunkt, der eine Charge über die Schleuderung
und Ernte bis zu den Ursprungsvölkern zurückverfolgt.
