Neues SwarmControlCheck-Modul: strukturierte Weiselzellenkontrollen pro
Volk mit Zahl/Verdeckelungsstatus der Zellen, Schwarmstimmung, ergriffener
Maßnahme und optionalem naechsten Kontrolltermin.

Frontend: neue Karte auf der Volk-Detailseite, Erfassungsformular unter
/swarm-control/new sowie Quick-Add-Eintrag.
